BEIJING, March 15 (Xinhua) -- Foreign direct investment (FDI) into the Chinese mainland rose 0.5 percent year on year to reach 139.4 billion yuan (about 22.1 billion U.S. dollars) in the first two months of 2018, the Ministry of Commerce said Thursday.
